- 30.0 g Fructose
- 4.0 g Vanilla
- 48.0 g Eggs, whole liquid
- 12.0 g Egg white, liquid
- 30.0 g Water
- 25.0 g Invert Sugar
- 108.2 g Steamed Chickpea Flour
- 25.0 g Cocoa
- 1.0 g Baking powder
- 2.5 g Salt
Instructions
- Scale 500g into 8"x8" baking dish
- Bake 30-32 minutes at 350°F (177°C)
- Mini brownies: Scale 26-27g and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-22 minutes
