What do you offer?

Roasted full fat soy flour (ROSY100) absorbs approximately 100% of its own weight, while low fat soy flour (LOSO100) absorbs approximately 300% of its own weight. 

What are the benefits?

This primarily extends your dough yield. Also note that for every kg of ROSY100 or LOSO100 you add to a dough, you should add an equal amount of water.
