ABOUT ROASTED FULL FAT SOY
We make all our ingredients directly from whole, dehulled soybeans using only natural processing methods. In addition to being highly functional, ingredients made with whole soybeans contain all the natural oils (fats) that are found in the soybean. And because no chemicals are used in our processing, each product retains all of the natural nutrients and phytochemicals of the whole soybean.
Roasting the soybeans before milling inactivates the enzymes, stabilizes the fats, and results in a pleasant, nutty flavor profile, making it very easy to formulate without flavor issues.

PROCESSING AND PARTICLE SIZES
Roasted full fat soy ingredients are produced from cleaned, dry whole soybeans. The process utilizes dry milling technology which involves roasting, dehulling, and milling into various particle sizes. All the oil has been left in the soybean, to provide the full functional and nutritional properties of soybeans.
Full Fat Grits typically pass 40%-50% through a US #8 screen, while 95% is retained on a US #16 screen.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Roasted product has a storage life of 12 months minimum under normal storage conditions. Storage conditions should be below 60% humidity and temperatures below 75 degrees F.
