How can I get your product specifications?

Spec sheetsYou can download our product specifications only after you register as a member of our website. After registering, you will be sent a link via email to confirm your registration. Once you have confirmed by clicking the link in the registration confirmation email, you will see some new menu items at the left. Click the link called "Specification Sheets."

Do you have formulations available for your extenders and replacers?

We have basic industrial formulations for a variety of sweet baked products (controls and replacement versions), and we are developing new applications every day in our bakery lab. By registering, you will gain immediate access to some of the formulations that we have available. If you do not see what you are looking for, please call to see if we have worked on your particular application.

What is the lead time on your ingredients?

Our standard lead time is three weeks from the time of order. However, if we have a product in inventory, we can ship much sooner. Please call 641-236-0852 to check inventory on any item.

What is your minimum quantity?

Our standard minimum quantity is one ton (forty 50-lb. bags) on a single pallet. Please call 641-236-0852 if you need less than that amount.

How many pallets can go in a full truckload?

We can put up to 21 pallets (42,000 lbs.) of product into a full truckload.

How much can you load in shipping containers?

  • Up to 10 metric tons can be loaded into a 20' container on pallets.
  • Up to 17 metric tons can be loaded into a 20' container floor-stacked.
  • Up to 20 metric tons can be loaded into a 40' container on pallets.
