Procedure

  1. Mix sugar and oil together until blended
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix until blended
  3. Store and process as below

For one batch in 8" x 8" pan:

  1. Brownie mix: 320g
  2. Vegetable oil: 50g (about 1/4 cup)
  3. Water: 75g (about 1/3 cup)

Procedure:

  1. Stir brownie mix, oil and water with spoon until well mixed
  2. Spread in greased pan
  3. Bake 23 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean
