Procedure
- Mix sugar and oil together until blended
- Add dry ingredients and mix until blended
- Store and process as below
For one batch in 8" x 8" pan:
- Brownie mix: 320g
- Vegetable oil: 50g (about 1/4 cup)
- Water: 75g (about 1/3 cup)
Procedure:
- Stir brownie mix, oil and water with spoon until well mixed
- Spread in greased pan
- Bake 23 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean
