Ingredients
- 50.0 g Steamed Chickpea Flour
- 36.0 g Italian Seasoning Mix
- 0.5 g Xanthan gum
- 400.0 g Water
- 56.0 g Vegetable oil
- 50.0 g Vinegar
Instructions
- Cook over medium heat in double boiler for 15-20 minutes, or until 180° to 185°F (82° to 85°C)
- Remove from heat, cool in ice bath while stirring
- Add oil and vinegar and mix until blended and store
