Gluten Free Thin Pizza Crust
This basic gluten free pizza crust dough can be rolled quite thin and still hold its shape out of the oven. Makes an excellent frozen-pizza style crust.

This formula makes a crust similar to a frozen pizza crust
Ingredients
- 100.0 g Steamed Chickpea Flour
- 12.0 g Tapioca starch
- 12.0 g Rice flour
- 1.8 g Instant yeast
- 2.0 g Xanthan gum
- 5.0 g Psyllium fiber
- 2.5 g Salt
- 0.4 g Onion powder
- 0.2 g Garlic
- 2.5 g Baking powder
- 82.5 g Water
- 10.0 g Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix dough 1 minute on low speed, 2 minutes on medium speed
- Let dough rest 15-20 minutes
- Form into desired shape
- Bake 18-22 minutes at 350°F (176°C)
