Egg-Free Peanut Butter Cookie (BLUE100)

Beat together shortening, sugars, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth

Blend together whole egg replacer flour, baking soda, and salt, add to above

Add water and mix into a cohesive dough

Scale 18 grams with cookie scoop on baking sheet

Use fork to make a cross-hatch design and flatten each cookie to .5″ thickness

Bake time: 11-13 minutes at 340°F (171°C)
